Mood tracker

Log your mood in one tap and see the last 14 days and your mood distribution. Entries stay in your browser only.

Why keep a mood journal?

Naming our emotions is the first step in regulating them. Short but regular entries reveal patterns you might miss: you start noticing which days feel more tiring and what helps.

How to use it

  1. Pick the mood closest to how you feel right now.
  2. Optionally add a short note, like “slept badly” or “the walk helped”.
  3. Save. The 14-day strip and distribution chart update automatically.
